We are responsible for finding diverse, bar-raising students, delivering a frustration-free candidate experience, and ultimately connecting talent to the most in-demand opportunities at Amazon. The Sr Program Manager will serve as the global single-threaded leader for diversity. You will partner strategically with leaders across HR, TA, and with your internal SP team. You will be responsible for: 1) Defining and documenting SP’s diversity strategy 2) Designing key performance metrics globally 3) Implementing trusted Amazon mechanisms like MBR/QBR, narratives, and email status updates to keep stakeholders informed and drive meaningful discussion that leads to
· 5-6 years in program management, recruiting, or talent management for a global corporate entity · Proven ability to influence without authority and support/represent cross-functional teams across levels, geographies, and cultures · Experience measuring program impact against pre-defined success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven, transparent decision making · Track record of writing narratives and successfully presenting to senior business leaders · Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of how to use data and calculated risk-taking to drive innovative change
