Responsibilities: Drive worldwide adoption of readiness strategies ; communications, training, campaigns, and plans. Create and deliver readiness guidance and templates that scale based on the degree of change and maturity of the solution or capability. Establish quality standards and templates, and ensure output delivers a consistent customer experience. Define success measures that quickly assess effectiveness of readiness program s to enable continuous improvement. Develop close partnerships with supporting teams to leverage ideas and resources and share best practices. Act as a trusted resource
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of communications experience (multi-media, email, print, etc ). 3+ years of training curriculum development and documentation experience. 2+ years of project management experience without direct authority and working across multiple teams. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years in Video Production (videos as readiness assets for adult learning, Learning management systems, etc ) . 2+ years with Adobe Premier, Camtasia , or similar material development software.
