You will be a part of the Talent Assessment team in Global Talent Acquisition and will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to design and deliver innovative hiring solutions which predict success in job roles. You will serve as the single threaded Program Manager to develop innovative tools that use science to hire high quality candidates. You will drive creating of scalable solutions across multiple languages, product implementation, change management and communication strategies.
