Finance Transformation team Principle Program Manager
Amazon is seeking a Principle Program Manager to join the Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A) Enterprise Finance Transformation team. This senior leader will drive the execution of projects which impact multiple functional teams within the broader CFO organization, primarily finance, accounting and tax. Successful candidates will have deep experience in the following three disciplines – Finance, Program Management and Technology. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. In this role, the candidate will be the driving force that collaborates with business finance and technical teams to deliver world class planning and reporting solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible. This person will have operated successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment. Strong oral and written communication

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · Seasoned project manager with 12 years’ experience managing accounting / finance technology projects with aggressive schedules · Experience using Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodology to streamline business processes· Master’s degree · Delivery focused leader who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams · Experience supporting finance customers to set and effectively manage expectations, project deliverables, and drive resolution when conflicts or issues arise · Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) or Corporate
