The Cloud Supply Chain and Planning (CSCP) organization is an exciting and fast evolving engineering group within Microsoft. CSCP's mission is to optimize and deliver industry leading cloud infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services used by our Customers around the world. The organization is responsible for strategy and delivery of the foundational platform for all Microsoft Online Services including demand and capacity forecasting, supply chain, data centers, networking, bandwidth, operations, and incident management. CSCP supports over 200 online businesses including Bing, O365, OneDrive, Xbox and Windows Azure branded services. The New Product Planning organization within CSCP manages the Product Planning and Introduction processes for launching all Cloud server hardware. Develop, own and communicate New Product Introduction (NPI) business processes and key performance indicators Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency to increase the performance of the end to end NPI process used by Microsoft Product Groups and CSCP Lead programs and projects to help drive performance in terms of cost, lead-time reduction and on time delivery of new server products Establish and maintain business relationships with business partners within and outside of the NPI Planning organization Ensure creation of robust cost and performance targets through understanding of
