Amazon Student Programs seeks a Sr Program Manager to serve as the global single-threaded leader for employee referrals. Our mission is to attract, hire, and integrate the best student talent from all backgrounds to build the future of Amazon’s global workforce. We are responsible for finding diverse, bar-raising students, delivering a frustration-free candidate experience, and ultimately connecting talent to the most in-demand opportunities at Amazon. Responsibilities · Design, implement, own global employee referral processes. · Create mechanisms for attracting all student populations (bachelor, graduate students, returning students, and others) globally. · Establish key performance for the Student Programs Global Employee Referrals. · Partner with Employee Referral programs to establish a workflow process for intake, tracking. · Work with core Employee Referral POCs in the business to find insights and constantly up-level the customer experience. · Use data and testing to optimize and
· 5+ years in program management, recruiting, or talent management for a global corporate entity · Experience measuring program impact against pre-defined success metrics, and proven ability to employ data-driven, transparent decision making · Track record of writing narratives and successfully presenting to senior business leaders· Proven ability to influence without authority and support/represent cross-functional teams across levels, geographies, and cultures · Self-starting, entrepreneurial spirit with understanding of how to use data and calculated risk-taking to drive innovative change ·
