Corporate Development team Integration Analyst to
Amazon is seeking an Integration Analyst to join its Corporate Development team. This individual will support due diligence and integration planning and execution efforts for Amazon's acquisitions. The role ranges from working with sponsoring teams, defining key work-streams for potential acquisitions, implementing actionable plans to achieve integration objectives, to diving deep with business and functional partners. Integration analysts support cross-functional diligence and integration projects to ensure all relevant tasks are completed and objectives are realized. Stakeholder groups include the acquiring business and technology teams, HR, tax, legal, finance, security, open source, accounting, and communications. This role will support and drive cross-functional initiatives both before and after acquisition. Successful integration analysts at Amazon are self-starters, able to work autonomously, natural problem solvers, collaborative, and not fazed by adversity or ambiguity. Responsibilities
· 4 years of M and A integration experience · Strong cross-functional leadership skills · Excellent project management skills · Effective and collaborative communication and writing skills, with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences · Bias for action in times of ambiguity · 4 years of corporate development or management consulting experience focused on M and A projects · Technology, Cloud, or e-Commerce industry experience · Technical acumen and the ability to converse on technical integration topics · Exceptional communication and writing skills
