Corporate Legal Group within Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide team support. The ideal candidate is someone with strong organizational and time management skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and a self-starter. The successful candidate must be able to work closely in a team-oriented environment, build effective working relationships and have a "can do" attitude.
Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support for the Corporate Legal Group team Coordinate travel, hotels, conferences as needed Reconcile and submit expense reports Open new legal matters, revise budgets in our online system, T360 Serve as back-up when Business Manager is out of the office including providing calendar and budget support Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material and information with discretion and professionalism Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications At least 3 years of professional administrative work experience Preferred Qualifications: In depth knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft products including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote is required. Experience using Microsoft internal tools including HeadTrax, MSExpense 2.0, MSTravel, and MyOrder is a plus. Excellent organizational, planning and time management skills. The ability to embrace change while continuing to have a professional and positive attitude.
