BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university 10+ years experience in program or product management with demonstrated success PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Comfortable challenging the status quo and questioning existing processes Strong mathematical and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong evidence of stretch assignments that are evidence of superior performance in previous roles Indirectly influence others to deliver Demonstrated history building business requirements and requests for proposal Passion for Amazon and commitment to delighting
