The Commerce + Ecosystems Programs and Operations Management team is looking for an experienced, resourceful and highly motivated individual to provide administrative support to multiple business-related functions within the team. This position requires stellar interpersonal skills, initiative, good judgment, and common sense, the ability to maintain confidentiality, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - all while having fun! We are a friendly hard-working and growing team looking for the right fit. The ideal candidate should have a strong customer service approach, be organized, self-directed and an ace with procurement policies and tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround are a must. This person should have a proven track record of successful policy execution and management, the ability to prioritize a shifting workload, and be flexible

Executive Support Calendar management, expense reconciliation, travel booking Work closely with leadership to manage vendor spend budget for two teams Assist with coordination of fiscal year and quarter planning and forecasting Procurement Support Proactive processing and tracking of all procurement requests, including new purchase orders and extensions for vendor/ outsourced staff Open PO requests with the right information, milestones and notifications, and track them through the process Submit and coordinate contract approvals via ContractWeb Open and extend vendor/outsourced staff positions
A minimum of 3 - 5 years demonstrated work experience in a fast-paced administrative capacity, business management and /or analyst role; preferably within Microsoft Positive, proactive, and driven to succeed Very detail-oriented, with excellent attention to detail Knowledge of corporate organization and ability to navigate it and knowledge of departmental business practices and tools strongly preferred Power User of current versions of MS Office products (Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience using MyOrder, HeadTrax, relevant Microsoft internal tools a strong plus Successful experience
