Support Leadership Team Executive Business Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Business Administrator to provide support to the Digital Customer Support (DCS) organization, within Customer Service and Support. If you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and are passionate about your role as a business support professional – we'd like to learn more about you. As an Executive Business Administrator, you will work in close partnership with the Digital Customer Support Leadership Team and the DCS SBU Executive Business Administrator to provide seamless support to individuals on our DCS leadership team. The position requires someone who has excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Executive calendar management Domestic and international travel logistics, trip preparation. Expense reporting. Managing close working relationships with key business stakeholders/leaders in the associated Engineering Groups and across the CSS organization. Provide Rhythm of the Business support – insuring timely planning and facilitation of Business reviews, Connect discussions, Rewards discussions, All-Hands meetings, and other key discussions. Desired Skills and Experience: 5-7 years working in an administrative environment supporting senior leaders. Minimum of 5 years of experience with Office Suite. 5+ years experience managing executive calendar and managing executive travel Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity. Solid problem-solving skills.
