Roles and Responsibilities Build a robust plan to scale offerings to grow Azure teaching and learning adoption across High Schools and University computer science departments. Provide leadership to Microsoft's student cloud offerings, particularly for build/curriculum adoption, creating new programs in conjunction with cross company v-team. Contribute to Microsoft Education's core skills and employability narrative, working alongside the Future Ready Skills team. Maintain knowledge and provide insights on market dynamics, including competition and be agile to adapt quickly to develop new opportunities
3+ years working experience in education / business / technology Demonstrable experience collaborating and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups. Ability to work successfully across a complex, highly-matrixed environment Passion and proven record for execution with measurable results. Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross group/functional teams with a high degree of independence and success Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written
