The Training and Certification team is looking for an exceptional individual to join our product marketing and communications function as a Brand Program Manager to bring multiple stakeholders together to support global launches and marketing programs. This newly formed position will be responsible for working with the team’s brand leader, intake and resource creatives to ensure projects are properly staffed and set up for success. In addition, the role will partner with global counterparts to properly resource projects, manage change and load balance with the ultimate goal of delivering a project on time and on budget. The ideal candidate will have deep resource management experience, a background in production, a proven track record of creating best practices for creative/production teams, strong cross-cultural communications and the ability

· 5+ years’ experience in resource management at an agency or in-house creative team · Experience in resourcing a broad range of creative projects such as design, brand and advertising · 5+ years demonstrated ability to track multiple global projects · 5+ years demonstrated hands on work with contractual language and requirements · 5+ years’ experience demonstrated hands on with purchasing and invoicing processes · Proven track record creating workflows, communication processes and data tracking · Experience working with contingent staffing practices at a large corporation where knowledge of the
