If so, Xbox First Party Studios is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Business Program Manager to help with central projects for Xbox Studios. We are seeking a candidate that thrives on a challenge and can maintain composure while helping deliver products to market in a fast paced and exciting environment. We are looking for an execution-oriented program manager who help find efficiencies for the business. Desirable candidates will have strong collaboration skills and will work across organizational boundaries in support of the broader Xbox Studios organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES Manage customer/partner escalations Identify gaps and drive process improvement in the support process Act as central point of contact for Studios Account Management across Xbox Studios Own and manage hardware distribution, key generation/distribution, and oversee access management/troubleshooting for Xbox Studios storefronts Partnership with studio DAM on high-risk escalations and to gather/analyze information as needed to support the customer
