Cloud Supply and Capacity Planning team is responsible for creating and managing an optimal server and supply plan across all of Microsoft Cloud business so that Microsoft can deploy optimal capacity for its growing cloud business needs across Data Centers, Servers, Networking Equipment and Bandwidth. We are building Intelligent Fulfillment systems which will optimally fulfill the short-term capacity needs by driving supply-demand matching, handling capacity/supply interruptions, and using a global view of constraints, policies to solve for the best means of satisfy demand using available inventory or build just in time. Intelligent Fulfillment system understands dependencies, continuously evaluates the execution constraints, and orchestrates the supply chain to have predictable, repeated delivery of capacity on time, by optimally matching global inventory to the demand required in a region, in the least amount of time at the most optimal cost. We are looking for a Lead Program Manager

Lead multiple projects across Capacity Planning, Execution and Supply chain through multiple Program Managers Has a strong product mindset and applies it consistently across multiple projects. Develop strategic partnerships across Cloud Capacity Planning, Supply Chain, Deployment, Procurement and Engineering Groups. Innovate and suggest different process improvements through technology or process changes to bring material change in management of our capacity fulfillment processes. Drive operational excellence by continuously resolving customer focused issues in an Agile manner. Mentor and grow
10+ years of experience in software engineering, product or program management A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Clear and demonstrated passion for innovation through machine learning Experience with some machine learning libraries such as Microsoft TLC, TensorFlow, PyTorch Software development skills in one or more programing languages (C#/C/C++/Java/F#) Experience with data analytics, using languages like Python or R Experience working with
