The HR Program Manager will lead critical initiatives focused on post-acquisition harmonization. This role will be based in Seattle, but will have a global focus, supporting activity across all geographies and business lines. The role will report to the Employee Services Global Portfolio Manager, M and A. In addition to supporting all Employees Services aspects of acquiring a company or integrating subsidiaries, this position will also play a critical role in transforming our ES M and A portfolio into a lean, efficient and metrics-driven organization, and defining standard processes to drive a global consistency. · Bachelor’s degree a minimum · 5-8+ years of relevant program/project management experience, preferably in HR · Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Excel – this will be an essential tool for accomplishing many tasks and deliverables · Experience as an HR Specialist and/or with M and A integration · Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences. · Certified Project Mgmt./Program Mgmt. credentials · Demonstrated expertise in process management or Six Sigma/green belt certification preferred · Experience leading global program initiatives and/or process improvement
