We are looking for an experienced Sustainability Program Manager to join our Worldwide Sustainability team. As a Program Manager you will engage with cross-functional teams and will work diligently to plan, track, coordinate, and execute on projects. This opportunity requires excellent problem solving and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, technical environment. The Sustainability Program Manager will be expected to handle both day-to-day matters (constantly thinking about how to invent and simplify to improve processes), but will also be expected to strategize on longer term, program-wide initiatives that will scale globally. You will have a track record of working independently and with a diverse set of stakeholders to deliver complex medium and large scale projects. · Bachelor’s degree in related field · Proven written and verbal communication skills · 5+ years of experience in strategic program management, or project management · 5+ years of experience working in the Sustainability field or in a related field· MBA or related Master’s Degree · Superior written and verbal communication skills · Relentlessly high standards and strong ownership · Ability to deliver results on tight timelines with competing priorities in a fast-moving environment · Strong project and program management skills · Track record of working with diverse stakeholders across the business
