To meet the growing demand for Amazon Web Services around the globe, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Training and Certification Team in the role of AWS Public Training Program Manager. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing the Public Training business to drive AWS adoption and skills development throughout the Americas. To be successful in this position, you must be highly motivated, creative and a self-starter who is able to think big, execute flawlessly and stay focused on the details. Responsibilities · Define the strategy and execution of the Public Training business · Accelerate the adoption of the AWS skills across the Americas by creating a robust public training offering that includes instructor-led training both in person offerings and VILT · Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and number of students trained goals · Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations,
· 5+ years of Program Management experience within Training or Professional Services industry in the Information Technology sector · 2 years' comprehensive knowledge on data to provide analytics in making business decisions · 2 years' to logically plan and set priorities, identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results and able to provide examples and articulate the success · 2+ years of experience managing a $1M - $10M P and L · International experience and experience working on cross-functional teams · Recent experience in a fast-paced, multinational technology company · 2+ years
