Ability to drive execution of the holistic Azure Global program and its respective projects across multiple project managers, teams, and organizations – ensures ownership accountability to the GM/CVP level Demonstrated experience translating consumer requirements into engineering requirements Disseminates a common project culture and mindset by informing, communicating and training teams about techniques, methodologies and best practices Develops a common project language by defining milestones, metrics and KPIs so that everyone is on the same wavelength Partner closely with engineering, sales,
Qualifications: Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or related disciplines Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Program Manager developing customer-facing solutions, preferably at cloud-scale 3+ years of experience operating in a PMO or similar central program office preferred Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills, combined with a strategic orientation, as well as an aptitude for solving complex business problems Self-starter with ability to work independently in a flexible, fast-paced environment and able to resolve ambiguity
