We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Gaming Services team. In this role you will be responsible for some of our key Xbox Live gaming services including Stats, Leaderboards, Achievements, and Game Saves. You will work closely with our game developers integrating XBL across multiple platforms and devices. You will work with our engineering and service teams to architect and build highly reliable and scalable global services that enable tens of millions of gamers to play online daily. You have the opportunity to deeply impact Xbox Live's future growth and will collaborate with a wide variety of partners including Game Pass, xCloud, Mixer, Azure, Store, CELA, and game developers. Your responsibilities: • Drive service quality and scalability of Xbox Live's stats, leaderboards, achievements, and game save services to enable users to play from any device, anywhere in the world. • Work with game development teams to inspire them and ensure they can onboard and easily integrate Xbox Live into their games • Partner with SDK and platform teams on reducing developer friction for XBL integration across any device. • Partner with CELA and Privacy teams to drive compliance with ensure compliance with GDPR and other key regulations • Be customer obsessed in everything you do while
Preferred qualifications include: • 3+ years in program management • Preferred knowledge and experience shipping cloud services • Exceptional communication, teamwork, negotiation and project management skills • Strong technical aptitude and verbal social skills • Demonstrated ability to translate consumer, developer and business requirements into technical plans and work across client / developer teams to deliver high-quality end-to-end experiences • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related discipline or equivalent experience • Bonus: Deep passion for developers and/or gaming industry
