Digital Security and Risk Engineering (DSRE) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead Microsoft's Enterprise Insider Threat program. The

Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow the enterprise program structure, including policies and standards, conducting program effectiveness assessments and program reporting. Lead the development and engineering of insider threat detections, including heuristics and machine learning models. Build and manage the case management process from detection through case hand-off to HR and CELA. Develop compelling reporting that identifies threats and risks and drives the right actions to remediate. Attract and develop key talent on the team.
Knowledge, experience and skills required: Candidates must be US citizens capable of obtaining and maintaining a US Government security clearance. Active US Government security clearance is preferred, but not required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience is required 5+ years of work experience as a program manager in a security-related domain, or equivalent leadership experience. Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements is required for this role
