To scale our impact across the nonprofit community, Microsoft is investing in the Tech for Social Impact team, an industry team devoted to nonprofits, philanthropies, and the United Nations. Tech for Social Impact brings together our donation and grants programs, commercial sales efforts, partner ecosystem development, and industry solutions to empower nonprofits globally to address the world's most pressing needs. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer for Tech for Social Impact and works closely with TSI leadership to help realize our industry solutions vision for Dynamics 365, data, and AI. The foundation of our technology solutions vision starts with the Nonprofit Common Data Model (CDM), a new standard structure for data that represents best practices as defined by the nonprofit sector itself. • Drive both Dynamics 365 and Azure growth and through nonprofit industry focused solutions (Dynamics 365 CE, F and O, Business Central, PowerPlatform; Data and AI) • Coordinate with business development resources to develop market analysis, go to market plans, and solutions strategies • Coordinate across TSI solutions team, internal engineering teams, and Microsoft ISV partners to deliver Microsoft industry solutions • Coordinate with the partner ecosystem team to create and deliver partner enablement plans • Collect insight and feedback from customers and partners to create informed plans that
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Product Manager delivering solutions to the nonprofit sector Minimum 10 years of experience delivering CRM, ERP, or data and AI solutions to the nonprofit sector Deep understanding of cloud, mobile and other computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging trends across Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies relevant to the nonprofit sector Demonstrated understanding of market analysis and go to market planning Exceptional decision-making and prioritization skills, conflict resolution, community building, and follow through
