· 5+ years of relevant program/project management experience · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary degree · Experience leading cross-functional projects with demonstrated expertise in leading without authority to achieve results · Intermediate to advance experience with MS Excel, Word, and SharePoint · Excellent written and verbal communication skills complemented with the ability to problem solve independently · Must have superb customer focus and attention to detail with the ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Ability to work independently in a fast-paced
