Amazon Web Services (AWS) is continuing to pioneer in the Public Sector and is seeking a Program Manager, Field Sales Programs within the Public Sector Enablement team to serve as the main point of contact for the field sales organization and to drive basic education and communication regarding existing programs. The portfolio of internal and customer enabling programs includes partner, service-specific, customer acceleration, and credit/promotional programs designed to be leveraged by field sellers. The successful candidate will combine a solid understanding of sales and marketing dynamics, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to synthesize vast information while making it usable amongst a global sales audience. This individual will be a key member of the global sales enablement team, charged with driving increases in field sales adoption of high impact programs designed to accelerate the Public Sector business. Examples of the efforts driven by this individual include developing resources

· At least 7+ years combination of program management and/or sales enablement experience · At least 3+ years of project management experience, including projects with a high number of inputs and multiple stakeholders. · At least 2+ years of experience using sales or customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.com and various content/knowledge management systems. · Strategic thinker that can distill broad visions and concepts into structured plans, approaches and ability to execute against each and deliver benefits independently. · Must be comfortable understanding global business
