Operations Management team Transportation CPM Administrator

Amazon is seeking a Transportation CPM Administrator to support our Transportation Operations Management team throughout the United States. Amazon is one of the most recognizable brand names in the world and we distribute over a billion shipments each year to our loyal customers. The CPM Program Administrator will support the CPM (Change and Program Management) team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to communicate well and to manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously. Tasks will consist of both regular repeated tasks, as well as one-off and ad-hoc projects. Some travel to NA sites will be required. Other responsibilities
· High School or Equivalent Diploma · 3+ years of experience within Microsoft Office programs with a focus on Excel · History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done. · Strong background of administrative support, project or data management. · Completed Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience · Proven work experience as an administrative support or project / data management · Experience developing, implementing, and/or auditing standard work · Interest in long-term career development
