As part of the Dynamics 365 AI Customer Success team, you'll have a big impact on customers, the business, and even the shape of this emerging technology. Develop and drive our customer programs (training, best practices evangelization, proof of concept delivery, demos...) BS in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 5+ years of customer facing program or project management experience; technical consulting or technical sales experience a plus. Strong customer empathy, with experience in driving business solutions for enterprises. Successful track record in continuous delivery of cloud-based services.
