Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for our Prime Now Whole Foods Market (3P) network. Your primary area of focus will be on management scalability of the field operations management team. As we continue to grow, we will rely on smart and scalable practices to enable our field operations management team to execute a best-in-class operation and drive cost down. A candidate with prior field operations experience is an ideal fit, as this role will require you to know what it means to be a field operator in order to successfully drive both tech and process roadmaps. You will partner with support teams (HR, Business Development, Tech, Central Operations, and others as applicable) to influence and support business critical projects and initiatives. You will act as a key liaison to the field ops management
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or other technical field from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience · 3-5 years of professional experience, including experience operating in highly cross-functional and fast-paced environments · 1-3 years of experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis · Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel is required, including use of lookups and pivot tables · Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to problem-solve independently·
