Amazon is seeking a Program Manager for our Prime Now (PN) 3P Whole Foods Market network. PN 3P offers ultrafast delivery and pickup service out of hundreds of stores worldwide, bringing local favorites to customers. In 2018, PN 3P started launching hundreds of Whole Foods Market stores on its platform and is planning to continue expansion in the coming years. To support the rapid increase in volume in 2019, PN 3P is challenged to re-evaluate its management scalability strategy. Namely, how can we build our tools and processes to allow managers to be more effective while their scope of influence grows by several orders of magnitude? How can we leverage centralization to mechanize and ultimately automate the management processes that don’t require a human touch?
