If so, Amazon's WW Ops Talent Acquisition organization is looking for a rockstar, analytical, and detail oriented Senior Program Manager to build and support a new workforce planning function. This is a new role for the company and will require a curious, entrepreneurial individual who has strong analytical, project management, forecasting, and influencing skills. In this role, you will help build and operationalize a new workforce planning function that defines and understands strategic business objectives, develops actionable workforce plans, mechanisms, and tools, forecasts demand, assesses supply and develops metrics to drive workforce related decisions.
