The AWS Talent Acquisition team is seeking a passionate, results-oriented, and inventive Program Manager to drive the implementation of new recruiting products and features, while helping to define the future of how AWS scales and supports its global recruiting organization. The Recruiting Technology Systems Program Manager (RTS PM) will be part of a worldwide team with colleagues in the EU and APJC. You will influence product strategy, define organizational business requirements, build long-term vision, collaborate closely with technology teams and business leaders to define and influence the technology roadmap lead and manage the rollout of technology across the recruiting organization. Basic qualifications · 6+ years of Product and or Program Management, specifically with change management methodologies and tools · Expertise in Lean Management, Six Sigma or other Operational Excellence tools · A track record of effectively owning process creating, management and improvement · Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively · Excellent written and verbal communications skills · Proven ability to influence without authority. Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in
