The C apacity, S upply C hain and P rovisioning (CSCP) group is an exciting and fast evolving organization within Microsoft. Within CSCP, the Cloud Capacity Planning team drives Demand Forecasting, Capacity Planning and Capacity Management for all Infrastructure assets for all Microsoft Cloud services. Our mission is to optimize and deliver engineering solutions to Forecast, Plan, and Manage Azure, Autopilot, and O365 clouds around the world. Over 200+ cloud services are used by customers around the world including Azure, Bing, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive, and is growing at an incredible pace. Within CSCP, our team is accountable for Cloud Controls, Procurement Execution, and Contracts Management with responsibilities including purchasing, contract controls and best practices, as well as execution of purchase orders.

We are looking for a leadership position within the fast-paced Cloud Procurement Operations team, specifically managing the CCPE (Cloud Controls and Procurement Execution) team. The CCPE team is responsible for the controls and routing of over 3,500 contracts and 14,000 purchase orders annually. We support the Cloud Infrastructure team world-wide and have support staff in Redmond as well as India. This Redmond-based role will manage a local team of FTEs and offshore vendors responsible for the CCPE controls, daily responsibilities, and improvement of CCPE processes via automation or process engineering
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline, or relevant work experience A minimum of 5+ years' experience leading program management activities at an enterprise level Ability to Travel - Microsoft is an international company and you'll have team members all over the world that you'll work with day to day and need to create lasting relationships with. Travel is not absolutely required, but being asked to travel 2-4 weeks a year internationally is highly likely Preferred Qualifications: Experience leading a support organization and large vendor teams Foundational
