We are looking for a Senior Business Manager to provide ongoing business management support as a member of the Office of the Vice President and Leadership Team for Microsoft Services. The Office of Microsoft Services CVP is a critical function, as it both supports the management of the Microsoft Services business from Strategy to Execution, inclusive of sales, delivery, communication, people agenda, as well as orchestration across Worldwide Commercial Business (WCB) and Global Sales, Marketing and Operations (GSMO). As a key member of our worldwide leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and driving

Core Responsibilities include, but aren't limited to: Cross organizational initiatives: Plan, design and support execution of Services initiatives, related to people programs, including Award Management, Work Health Index (WHI) and Leadership Engagement Index (LEI) improvement plan; Readiness programs in liaison with Learning and Readiness champions within Services, as well as existing program support or boost. Establish and manage a Services Leaders community that includes all Services leaders (Area Services Leads and Country / Operating Unit Services leads) for continuous learning, sharing; including
5+ years of program management in a large, complex, global enterprise environment, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, procurement, human resources, and integration management 5+ years as working as an individual contributor and leader of cross functional virtual teams who design, build, evaluate, support, and continuously improve global programs Proven change management capability to drive transformational programs that deliver against near term targets while positioning the business for long term success Proven effectiveness driving complex multi-stakeholder planning
