In this role, you will be working with product managers, software developers, program managers and operational partners to improve the customer return experience and re-commerce programs. You will champion global Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, devise strategies and guide and implement the improvement effort worldwide. · Bachelor's Degree · 10+ years' experience in product, program, and/or project management roles · 7+ years' business operations, or new business development experience · Analytical and data gathering skills and experience, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable solutions · Experience taking ownership and driving results on complex technical projects · Experience simultaneously managing multiple, sophisticated, and global projects with competing priorities · Experience presenting to, and influencing senior leadership· MBA · Ability to think strategically and execute
