In this role, you will be working with product managers, software developers, program managers and operational partners to improve the customer return experience and re-commerce programs. You will champion global Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, devise strategies and guide and implement the improvement effort worldwide. · 5+ years of experience in developing policies, guarantees, compliance practices, or related standards. · Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. · Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically. · Experience with and understanding of what impact policy decisions have on retail customers, and a demonstrated ability to balance revenue opportunities with brand trust and customer experience. · Track record of delivering programmatic goals and managing complex projects. · Experience
