In this role, you will be working with product managers, software developers, program managers and operational partners to improve the customer return experience and re-commerce programs. You will champion global Amazon processes, identify improvement opportunities, devise strategies and guide and implement the improvement effort worldwide. · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, economics, finance or other quantitative discipline · 5+ years of customer facing product management experience with a portfolio of successful product launches in mass market consumer electronics / software / wireless / internet product management · Prior working experience with a Software Development Team · Proficient with product management tools· MBA strongly desired · Demonstrated ability to take ideas from concept to execution · Strong analytical, critical and quantitative skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data
