The successful candidate shows excellent judgment in decision making and proactively and continually improves their knowledge of Amazon’s business, its platform, and relevant technologies. This is an exciting and challenging position that helps drive global alignment to improve processes and systems for the Recalls team. This person will identify and develop global best practices, improve existing processes, build new solutions, and support the ongoing Recall operations for the US and Canada. · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · 4+ years program or project management experience · Able to pull and analyze medium to large data sets to form recommendations · Intermediate skills with Excel, Word, and other common desktop software applications · Excellent writing skills - ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing · Comfortable working with and presenting to leadership on escalations · Ability to work under time pressure· Regulatory experience with product safety or food safety · Experience driving process improvement with technology · MBA or relevant Master’s
