Amazon Last Mile Flex - Operations, Policy, and Driver Experience (OPEX) is looking for an exceptional and experienced Sr. Program Manager to develop a Driver Experience Playbook for launching Amazon Flex in international markets. In this role you will work on: · New country launches and working with internal teams outside of the United States · Understanding the different needs of global customers and drivers. You should have extensive experience leading multiple key initiatives, from conception to launch in a rapidly evolving environment. · Identify areas with poor driver experience, develop improvement goals and prioritize areas of focus. · Develop programs and strategies to improve the driver experience and translate these programs and strategies into a high impact project roadmap. · You will also be responsible for cross-functional alignment with senior leaders.
