This role will build the engineering patterns and practices that empower 1000's of Azure engineers to quickly, seamlessly, and rapidly integrate an evolving set of resiliency best practices into the services they deliver; and will build automated detection capabilities to ensure that Azure services are complying with the latest-and-greatest resiliency patterns. Collaborate across dozens of engineering stakeholders to co-engineer solutions that will improve resiliency of Azure services Design, document, and develop design patterns that clearly articulate the path to extremely resilient services Develop operational improvements to these design patterns, ensuring smoother delivery of global services Build data models and automation to detect, report on, and evangelize adherence to resiliency best practices Report out to senior leadership on progress on resiliency initiatives
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years experience in product, project or program management. Preferred Qualification: Proven experience in creating development patterns that scale to large organizations (1000+ person organizations) Proven track record of building data and engineering frameworks that present accurate status to VP's, driving organization-wide (1000+ person organization) initiatives Strong track record of delivering services and/or shipping products Product development and/or DevOps experience in a cloud environment is a plus BS or higher degree in Computer Science or related discipline,
