The C apacity, S upply C hain and P rovisioning (CSCP) group is an exciting and fast evolving organization within Microsoft. Within CSCP, the Cloud Capacity Planning team drives Demand Forecasting , Capacity Planning and Capacity Management for all Infrastructure assets for all Microsoft Cloud services. Our mission is to optimize and deliver engineering solutions to Forecast, Plan, and Manage Azure, Autopilot, and O365 clouds around the world. Over 200+ cloud services are used by customers around the world including Azure, Bing, Office 365, Xbox Live, Skype, OneDrive, and is growing at an incredible pace. Within CSCP, our team is responsible for building the big data platform and services for Microsoft cloud utilization along with actionable insights on utilization to drive improvements and to support Capacity Management, Capacity Planning and Demand Forecasting business requirements. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who is passionate about solving large business optimization

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Work with appropriate stakeholders to enumerate the investment drivers and strategy to define the business outcomes and road maps Partner with SWE leads and managers to build a continuous services delivery environment Lead the definition of requirements, KPIs, priorities, and planning of engineering deliverables Partner cross functionally with multiple engineering groups, CSCP business and engineering teams in planning, designing, implementing, and delivering cloud utilization and reporting. Understand the business and physical utilization scenarios
Skills and Qualifications: BS/MS in computer science degree or MBA preferred. 7+ years' experience in Program management, related to Cloud, Infrastructure, Systems, Services with at least 2 years in distributed/cloud services Preferred: Demonstrable success in an engine ering PM role delivering high-scale on-line or cloud services. Solid track-record of establishing and nurturing relationships with partner teams and managing dependencies Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong track record to solve business problems at scale in quick iterations and Proven track-record of design and
