The Lifestyles team is on a mission to reinvent how customers purchase products for their Home. Home Goods on Amazon Canada is a fast-growing business with a long term strategic vision. We are hiring a Sr. Program Manager to manage initiatives across the Home Goods space, including product development, sourcing, pricing, shopping experience and delivery experience. The successful candidate should have experience managing multiple responsibilities within a fast-paced environment, building strong relationships with cross-functional teams, breaking down and solving complex problems, and have a strong will to get things done. The candidate should be able to define and drive long-term objectives and strategy for the business. Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills are musts. The candidate must also possess strong analytical skills and be comfortable drawing metrics-based conclusions by leveraging and interpreting data
· Bachelor’s degree · 4+ years in product management/ product development/ sourcing / project management is required · Ability to influence cross-functional teams across multiple geographies · High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. · Ability to use hard data and metrics to guide decision making and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others. · Proven ability to understand, analyze, distill and communicate ambiguous issues · Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
