Global Expansion Team Amazon Logistics Global
The Amazon Logistics Global Expansion Team develops last mile transportation strategies to reach our customers in countries around the world. We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced Sr. Program Manager who can drive innovation in last mile delivery to ensure we are bringing the right Amazon Logistics operations, products, and programs to new countries. In this role you will be responsible for scoping and delivering large logistics projects, end-to-end, with a focus on the Middle East. Responsibilities include developing last mile strategies for new countries and driving launch and integration projects. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to- market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams. You will ensure that solutions comply with local country regulations and practices and have paths to global standardization. You must be able to thrive
· Bachelor of Science in Business, Science, Engineering or Technology, or related field · 5-8 years of full-cycle program/product management experience in a similar industry · Knowledge of Project Management best practices. · Experience in gathering business requirements and developing business cases. · Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize. · Experience performing cost/benefit analysis, analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs, and making decisions in a highly-ambiguous and ever-changing
