Program Manager, Selection (Level 6) The Prime Now 3P team is seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Selection to support the growth of our Whole Foods Market delivery and 3P businesses. In this role, you will have direct responsibility for improving bringing parity between the selection available for delivery/pickup and instore selection while optimizing the customer experience of Prime Now from Whole Foods Market. Selection is one of the most important inputs to the Amazon flywheel, and the Prime Now 3P team is in a unique position to leverage the selection of both Whole Foods and our partner merchants by offering ultra-fast delivery of tens of thousands of products within hours. The successful candidate will leverage the insights they generate to form the foundation of strategies that increase customer engagement with Prime Now. He/she will influence cross-functional teams to add and maintaining selection critical to the grocery shopping experience. Key areas of focus will be partnering with
· Bachelor’s degree or higher · 7+ years of relevant work experience in program, project, or product management · Experience building processes, project management, and launch plans at scale · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions · Experience within a consumer goods/retail/grocery business - Comfort with basic SQL Preferred Qualifications: · MBA · Advanced SQL proficiency · Experience with presenting to and influencing at all levels within
