In collaboration with our legal team and other internal stakeholders, develop and maintain Minecraft intellectual property enforcement policies and procedures, supporting the entire franchise on a global scale Communicate strategy, plan, risks and status across a variety of stakeholders Manage external enforcement partners Perform research under the direction of our legal team Respond to law enforcement and customs authorities requests for product identification Collaborate with internal teams to maintain records on authentic products Establish and maintain constructive working relationships with
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus in law or IP protection Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and leadership skills Knowledge of and regular user of various social media platforms Keen eye for detail Self-starter: Able to work independently to identify and create actionable tasks Ability to work with and manage global teams across many time zones Excellent written and verbal communication skills Constant drive to learn and be adaptable to ever-changing trends
