Develop and maintain the Minecraft franchise global player support policies and procedures, supporting multiple game titles on a large scale Manage and optimize our players' experience with our player support, ensuring we are delivering a helpful and easy to use service in both self-help and agent-assisted channels Collaborate with cross-studio teams to ensure our help resources and knowledge base are ready for public disclosure of new features and projects Create and maintain FAQs and knowledge base with the most accurate and up-to-date information Manage external support partners Establish and
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a focus in support; experience with games is preferable Strong analytical, organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of and regular user of various social media platforms Proven ability to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience Pleasant, friendly, and helpful demeanor Self-starter: Able to work independently to identify and create actionable tasks Ability to work with and manage global teams across many time zones Excellent written and verbal communication
