The Skills catalog has grown to over 90K+ skills across fifteen Alexa languages - and continues to grow at a rapid clip. COPS (Catalog Operations Products and Systems) is a technology and operations team that connects Alexa skill developers to end-customers. COPS safeguards the customer experience of Alexa Skills (via certification and monitoring) and is the voice of the global developer community for internal teams across Alexa. We're looking for a seasoned senior leader who can combine superb technical and analytical capabilities with business acumen to lead product definition and execution for the three core COPS products (services) of certification, monitoring and developer advocacy (DAG). · 8+ years of product/technical program management experience · Technology/related experience working with engineering teams to build software products or platforms · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline· 10+ years of Product Management/Technical Program Management experience · Experience managing road map of complex and cross-functional projects with aggressive schedules and scarce resources. · Adept at making trade-offs to balance business vs technology needs/constraints to resolve bottlenecks and deliver incremental value · Track record
