The North American Operations HR team is looking for a Senior Human Resource Manager to innovate on our people initiatives, provide great internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. In this position, you will partner and advise executives in developing and driving organizational design, effectiveness, and leadership development. You will support multiple teams including procurement, engineering, launch, and construction groups.
