Strategic Planning: Partners with COS to drive D and I strategic planning process for D and I function including envisioning, roadmap and annual strategy. Insights with Analytics: Establishes D and I reporting strategy and defines measurement standards, analyzes a wide variety of data using diversity and inclusion tools and methodologies, identifies trends and patterns in data, develops and communicates insights and recommends solutions to senior executives. Influencing Change: Leverages data insights to uncover interconnected patterns and trends across Microsoft ecosystem, identifies opportunities
A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field AND 7+ years of relevant HR, event and vendor management, or business experience OR an Associate's Degree AND 9+ years of relevant HR, event and vendor management, or business experience Best practice research, strategic planning, solution design, implementation and management at scale Outstanding analytical skills including comfort working with numbers, completing data analysis, communicating findings and developing recommendations Strong partnering capability - with business leaders, strategic partners and broader D and I community Excellent communication,
