The Sourcing Channels and Strategy team within Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) at Microsoft is seeking a seasoned and mission-driven leader for the Insights Manager role, to help GTA achieve more. In this role, you will lead the highly-visible Talent Insights and Intelligence team within GTA's center of excellence. The team includes seasoned researchers and program managers who provide global research, consultation and capability building to support competitive and differentiated talent acquisition strategies. We are curious learn-it-alls who transform data into insights into action. Our goal is to enable our recruiting function to build impactful sourcing strategies while efficiently leveraging resources.
Manage a team of researchers and program managers who are passionate about optimizing how we identify, engage and secure industry leading talent to Microsoft Drive discussions with GTA and business leaders to recommend emerging talent pools and engagement strategies that support our business imperatives Support Strategic Talent Planning in collaboration with GTA, Line HR and Talent Management Leverage internal recruitment data and external benchmarking in order to make investment decisions on sourcing tools and practices Create frameworks to tackle complex problems and research data to develop
At least 8+ years' experience in recruiting, HR, Strategic Talent Research and/or other relevant work experience At least 1-2 years' budget/finance management experience Previous external partner/account management experience preferred, with an emphasis on negotiation skills Experience identifying and framing issues, developing hypotheses, conducting market research and analyses to test key hypotheses, and developing execution plans Excellent research and problem-solving skills, with impeccable analytical and business judgment Dual ability to lead conversations at the most senior levels, acting
