The Sr. HR Manager, NACF ACES role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. In this position, you will partner and advise Directors in developing and driving organizational design, effectiveness, and leadership development. You will direct 3 exempt HR professionals in North America supporting 425 employees across Central Flow in Tempe and ACES in Seattle and field based. · Bachelor's Degree required in HR or related field · 10+ years human resource leadership · Experience supporting hourly employee client groups · Experience leading and developing larger teams of HR and Operations professionals · Knowledge of employment laws, ability to travel as appropriate · Experience with MS Office Suite, HRIS, People Soft · Experience in Labor Relations and compensation management · Masters Degree or MBA in HRM preferred · Human Resources experience with Fortune 500 companies · Experience with broad scope employee relations role · Startup experience and leading larger teams
