The PeopleTech Global Compensation team currently looking for a Senior Product Manager to be the product owner for a suite of new tools designed to help employees actively manage their career growth and view all aspects of their compensation. This is role is an opportunity to develop innovative products, improve existing ones, develop processes, training, and reporting all designed to make it easier for employees to manage their career and fully understand their compensation so they can focus their time and
· 5+ years of work experience in Product Development or Technology organizations · 3+ years of Product Management experience with direct ownership of roadmap and milestone planning · Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders · Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and capturing business requirements, launching projects, and conducting customer research. · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage high-complexity projects · Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
